Surbhi is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. Surbhi has an experience of 6 years in Litigation and specialises and handles a wide variety of matters pertaining to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, Cheque bounce cases u/s 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, Matrimonial/Family Laws, and Criminal Law. She is an expert in the drafting of Writ Petitions/SLPs and various other Petitions filed before the Hon’ble High Court. She has great interpersonal and oratory skills and regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, State High Courts, the National Company Law Tribunal and various District Courts. She holds a B.B.A, LL.B degree and also LL.M in Human Rights.
