Rishabh is actively engaged in litigation before courts across Delhi – NCR and regularly appears before various Trial Courts as well as the Delhi High Court and has also been assisting senior counsels in high-stake and complex matters. His practice spans civil and criminal litigation, matrimonial disputes, arbitration, RERA, consumer matters, and proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. With consistent courtroom exposure, he has developed a strong command over litigation strategy, case handling and effective representation.

He is actively involved in drafting and contesting matters at the trial stage and has handled proceedings independently. He has also undertaken pro bono work, including cases involving allegations of rape on the pretext of marriage and petitions under Section 125 CrPC. He is known for his practical, result-oriented approach and his commitment to securing timely and effective reliefs for his clients.
